Prior to the point of site acquisition, successful developers and house builders gather extensive data and reports from not just the land introducer (if any), but other, well-regarded industry professionals who are asked to air their opinions as to the profile of the likely buyers for the forthcoming development, based on location and product type and mix.

At PKA we prepare reports for clients which look not only into potential unit values, but also local resident demographics, local social economic factors and recent market trends, stock levels and demand.

 

By combining all this collated data, PKA is then able to provide our clients with buyer(s) profiles. Marketing campaigns are then formulated to reflect the same with imagery, key messages and calls to action further specifically selected to appeal to the identified buyer profile.
