Understanding an individual client's needs and wants is crucial to every planned sale, be it a land sale or a new build development launch.

 

Before commencing any activity PKA feels that it's essential to sit down with each client or clients to establish not only financial aspirations/needs, but also required timings and any related transactions, funding or restrictions. 

Once we have a full and comprehensive understanding of our client's needs, we then formulate a campaign strategy confirming not only likely buyer profile but also our approach to marketing and timings of each and every element of the marketing campaign, in order to maximise interest in a site and, therefore, maximise the final figure/income achieved.
